Yes, we are pleased to offer a Return Policy on unopened orders. We find that members of the Silky Polish family (that’s you guys!) are usually very satisfied with their Silkies and thus we have a super low rate of return. We’re proud of the high quality we’re able to offer.
However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on goods that have not been opened, used or tampered with.
You may return a product for refund or store credit within 30 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).
- Contact us at (hello@SilkyPolish.com) within the 30 Day Return Period. Let us know you want to return an item and please include your order number as noted in the e-mail confirmations we sent when you ordered the items.
- We may ask a few questions; don't worry – no math or chemistry.
- We will then send you a return-shipping label with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Stick this label on the return package.
- Send the package back to us.
All Silky Polish orders must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. Our return address is in Chicago, where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Opened merchandise will not be refunded. We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method or an email gift certificate (store credit) for the merchandise only.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as we won’t be responsible for lost returns.
Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package may be returned back to you.
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received and inspected that the returned order was not opened.
