In order to deliver on our promise of exceptional personal service and ensure prompt delivery of your lovely Silkies, we guarantee to process all in stock items within 1-2 business days and make every attempt to deliver your package within 3-5 business days after it ships from our warehouse.

All prices on the website are not inclusive of shipping fees, which are calculated by our warehouse. Your Silky Polish orders are shipped from our warehouse (located in Chicago, USA) on the next business day after receiving payment. We will also send you a tracking number once your order ships.


Free Shipping for Orders Over $30 (For US ONLY, & $70 For Canada)

You want your Silkies. We want to send them to you as fast as possible for free.

We try to pass on as many savings as possible, that’s why we’re providing you with free and fast shipping for all orders totaling over $30.

These orders ship with UPS Ground with tracking, however at times the carrier may vary depending on our warehouse. 

When can I expect my package?


We won't charge your credit card until your order is processed in our warehouse. In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days.

For most domestic (US) orders, UPS Ground is the only available service for nail polish. When your order ships via UPS Ground you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. You will also be able to view your order status and tracking numbers in the confirmation e-mails we will send you after your order.

Shipping costs depends on the size and destination of your order. You can determine the cost of shipping during checkout - you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost.

CANADIAN ORDERS: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country by the local government and not at all by Silky Polish. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to Canadian Orders.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. Orders are shipped the next business day and address changes cannot be made after 5:00 PM EST on the day of your order. Please ensure the accuracy of your address, as Silky Polish cannot be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.  

Tracking Your Order

You will also receive an e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to check how your Silky Polish order is doing during its trip.

Important Note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking information to show.

In most cases, we do ship to PO Boxes, we will definitely do our best through the United States Postal Service. This shipping method does not include tracking.

We are not responsible for delays or mis-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used.
